Marcin 73\/6, 61-808 Pozna\u0144, Tax ID (NIP): 7773061579.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Traditional bank transfer to the Store&#8217;s bank account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For payments through Tpay, the operator&#8217;s terms and conditions apply, available at <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/tpay.com\">https:\/\/tpay.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a76 Order Fulfillment and Delivery<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Order processing time is up to [e.g., 2 business days] from the moment the payment is received.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery is carried out via [courier, parcel lockers \u2013 specify particular companies].<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Store is not responsible for delays resulting from the courier company&#8217;s operations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a77 Right of Withdrawal<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exception<\/strong>: the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are perishable, opened packages, or products with a short shelf life (in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to <a class=\"\">kontakt@aslan-food.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a78 Complaints<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Customer has the right to file a complaint about the goods in accordance with applicable law.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Complaints should be submitted via email to: <a class=\"\">kontakt@aslan-food.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a79 Personal Data<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The data controller is Aslan Food.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment in accordance with GDPR.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00a710 Final Provisions<\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Terms and Conditions are available at <a class=\"\">https:\/\/aslan-food.com\/regulamin<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions.
