§1 General Provisions

  2. The Terms and Conditions define the rules for making purchases in the online store and using the service.
  3. The Customer is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.

§2 Definitions

  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
  • Store – the Aslan Food online store.
  • Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
  • Goods – products offered by the Store, including food products.
  • Tpay – an online payment system operated by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.

§3 Rules for Using the Store

  1. The Store conducts retail sales via the Internet.
  2. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  3. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required to place an order.

§4 Placing Orders

  1. Orders are placed through the form available on the product page.
  2. Product prices include VAT and are given in Polish zlotys.
  3. Delivery costs are visible during the ordering process.

§5 Payment Methods

  1. Payments can be made using:
    • Online payments through Tpay – Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., ul. Św. Marcin 73/6, 61-808 Poznań, Tax ID (NIP): 7773061579.
    • Traditional bank transfer to the Store’s bank account.
  2. For payments through Tpay, the operator’s terms and conditions apply, available at https://tpay.com.

§6 Order Fulfillment and Delivery

  1. Order processing time is up to [e.g., 2 business days] from the moment the payment is received.
  2. Delivery is carried out via [courier, parcel lockers – specify particular companies].
  3. The Store is not responsible for delays resulting from the courier company’s operations.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
  2. Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are perishable, opened packages, or products with a short shelf life (in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).
  3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send an email to kontakt@aslan-food.com.

§8 Complaints

  1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint about the goods in accordance with applicable law.
  2. Complaints should be submitted via email to: kontakt@aslan-food.com.
  3. The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.

§9 Personal Data

  1. The data controller is Aslan Food.
  2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment in accordance with GDPR.
  3. The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data.

§10 Final Provisions

  1. The Terms and Conditions are available at https://aslan-food.com/regulamin.
  2. The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes.
  3. In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
