- The Customer is obliged to read the Terms and Conditions before making a purchase.
§2 Definitions
- Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a purchase.
- Store – the Aslan Food online store.
- Consumer – a natural person making a purchase not directly related to their business activity.
- Goods – products offered by the Store, including food products.
- Tpay – an online payment system operated by Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.
§3 Rules for Using the Store
- The Store conducts retail sales via the Internet.
- Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is required to place an order.
§4 Placing Orders
- Orders are placed through the form available on the product page.
- Product prices include VAT and are given in Polish zlotys.
- Delivery costs are visible during the ordering process.
§5 Payment Methods
- Payments can be made using:
- Online payments through Tpay – Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., ul. Św. Marcin 73/6, 61-808 Poznań, Tax ID (NIP): 7773061579.
- Traditional bank transfer to the Store’s bank account.
- For payments through Tpay, the operator’s terms and conditions apply, available at https://tpay.com.
§6 Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Order processing time is up to [e.g., 2 business days] from the moment the payment is received.
- Delivery is carried out via [courier, parcel lockers – specify particular companies].
- The Store is not responsible for delays resulting from the courier company’s operations.
§7 Right of Withdrawal
- The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.
- Exception: the right of withdrawal does not apply to food products that are perishable, opened packages, or products with a short shelf life (in accordance with Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act).

§8 Complaints
- The Customer has the right to file a complaint about the goods in accordance with applicable law.
- Complaints should be submitted via email to: kontakt@aslan-food.com.
- The Store will respond to the complaint within 14 business days.
§9 Personal Data
- The data controller is Aslan Food.
- Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment in accordance with GDPR.
- The Customer has the right to access, correct, or delete their data.
§10 Final Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions are available at https://aslan-food.com/regulamin.
- The Store reserves the right to make changes to the Terms and Conditions. Customers will be informed of any changes.
- In matters not regulated by the Terms and Conditions, Polish law shall apply.
